If you are interested in any of our activities please use the contacts page and leave your details for a leader to get in touch with you. Many, like toddlers, are on a drop in 'come when you can' basis but some, such as the uniformed groups are limited to number and might have a waiting list. Many of the children's groups run term time only. Please check the diary page for specific dates for those that do not meet every week.
Lawn's Pre-school meet in the hall every day during term time and take children aged 2-4 years. Search for them online, or use the contact page and we will pass your enquiry on.
Mondays
Uniformed groups meet in the hall at various times (term time only). Please go to the Guiding or Scout websites to register your child for a local group.
Tuesdays
TotsPlay (parent/carer and toddler group) meet in the hall from 1.00 - 2.30pm (term time only)
Thursdays.
Monthly: 2nd Thursday of each month the Towns Women's Guild meet in church from 1.00 - 3.30pm, with refreshments in The Hub.
Dragon Theatre Company meet in the hall 8.00-10.00pm
Saturday
SaMoCo (SAturday MOrning COffee) is open in the hall from 10am - 12pm.
This is a chance to chill and catch up with friends over tea and toast or whatever is on offer. Each week is led by a different team so there is always an element of surprise. This is on a donations basis so you can even leave the money at home if you want. A very 'at home' feel with quite a few people browsing the morning paper and discussing it's contents. Toys are on site for smaller people if they accompany you. Periodically there are also sales tables alongside to raise funds for charity.
